How to Prevent Accessory of hangers Damage During Shipping with Proper Packaging Solutions

2025-08-27

Have you often encountered significant damage upon receiving bulk accessories and caused a lot of trouble? We can address this issue at the source when placing purchase orders—by improving the quality of product packaging to ensure the goods arrive intact.

1. Wrap the accessories with asbestos packaging for protection before placing them into cartons. This prevents surface damage caused by friction and collision between products.

2. For cartons, we generally choose double-wall B-flute corrugated boxes. Each carton typically holds about 20 kilograms, reducing the likelihood of damage due to excessive weight.

3. For each pallet, we stack to a height of 950–1100 mm, with the total weight per pallet generally controlled between 600 and 900 kilograms. This facilitates loading and unloading while avoiding damage and hazards caused by excessive weight or height.

In the case of a 20-foot container, two layers of pallets are usually loaded, with the total height of both layers not exceeding 2100 mm for convenient loading and unloading.

4. A 20-foot container can accommodate 10 standard 1100×1100 mm pallets in a single layer when laid flat, so two layers can hold 20 pallets. Loading 20 pallets ensures optimal stability. If fewer than 20 pallets are loaded, proper arrangement or reinforcement with strapping belts is necessary to prevent damage caused by collisions during transportation.
